Oh wow, I didn't expect to see this old mod again. I must say I was pleasantly surprised at how gold this remix is. If you end up doing an act 2 remix feel free to play wwz act 2 in the misfits pack once I polish it. I've improved a lot on my modding skills and it's way better than this port.

no, mania is referring to the game "sonic mania" which is a retro sonic game with revamped and clean music! so i essentially just remixed and re-imagined the original song!

i titled it that because if i were to remix it in my musical style, it would be completely different. this was more of a cleaned and slightly embellished version, quite like most of the act 1's of Mania. never in my wildest dreams would i ever be able to emulate Tee Lopes' style. im really glad you enjoyed it though!

@@maniacthehedgehogpokes6435 i can understand that. i made this as a more accurate, hd remake, like what tee lopes did with green hill zone act 1. i can see why you would want that, and originally, that was my plan. at the start, you can tell that it was my first initial thought actually! but i just went on to do a cleaner version of the original. i did however, replicate the "tee lopes trumpet" that he used in mania if you listen carefully as well. sorry i couldn't make is as "mania" as i could.
