He would have needed chaos emeralds for that, something he maybe didn't have a chance to get considering sonic was gone. Maybe it has something to do with how the chaos emeralds have gone dark? Maybe that's why building another one was impossible.

He has a super fast metabolism due to him running, so at the end of the zone when the rings are being counted, that’s just the rings being eaten, turning into energy, or rather, for you, “score”. This explains why Sonic needs 50 rings to go through a special stage/go super, he needs the energy to do so.

I really like these Sonic designs. It's sort of somewhere halfway between modern Sonic and boom sonic designs and without the stupid Sports tape. I always wondered "Why don't they wear pants!?" Sonic's looking pretty fly in that outfit imho.

When Rouge came around, I thought of something. So, Sonic jumped into the portal. Shadow had said something about “Heroic Actions.” Sonic was trying to be a hero in that moment, and now, is in another “dimension.” We don’t know if he’ll ever get back. This could mean, this has happened before already in this universe/timeline, and he’s been gone for 20 years, leading to this bad future....?

Since the portal sent him to the future, maybe him going through the portal caused the timeline to be screwed? it’s like doing something in the past and messing up the future, something like that could have happened here What I see is: 1) Sonic goes through the portal 2) Him going through the portal probably means he’ll be gone forever unless he finds a way to get back through 3) He goes missing lol 4) 20 years pass 5) Sonic ends up in the future, and it sort of makes sense why everyone would be like “holy shit” Unless that’s already what youre saying then this response is kind of pointless This response is super late anyways considering the comment and video was made 2 years ago hhaha

Uh not quite. Sonic and tails were testing an invention and eggman showed for the chaos emerald that was powering it and fried the machine. It wouldn't shut down without _someone_ going through. So on Sonic's way down he yoinked the chaos emerald and fell into that lookalike of silver's time.

There's clues here which explain things for those confused. Rouge says Sonic hasn't aged a day. Also she says it's "perfect timing". Shadow then says "is it making sense now?" Sonic went to the future where he went to another place(?) for a "heroic" act. The Sonic we see is a past Sonic. By the time Sonic returns to his time it'll be this. This is what will happen. It's an endless loop.
