Fun Facts: In the thumbnial you can see his licking lolipop? Hes name is same for zalgo known as hellium he isnt technically exe and hes Overtime it addapted to the modernity of his nature and eventually shaped itself into the name it's known for: Zalgo. and the other one its just came from zalgo.exe came from last chance sonic.exe rerun.
