Does your dog bark every time a car or person passes? Does your neighbor's dog seem to never quit? You gotta get one of these. Works great and the dog learns quickly!

Got one for my neighbour’s barking dogs and it worked so well that i bought two more to ensure complete yard coverage. Long story made short, the police showed up at my door and caused me so much trouble that i returned them to petsmart. Now the dogs are slowly getting back to “normal”. 😭 ..in hindsight, i should have covered the green lights with duct tape, then the activity would have been less noticeable for neighbour. She thought they were surveillance cameras so i explained what they were. (I have no yard to hide them so had to place them in the window.)

Works on my dachshund. She is a barker! But she hates the Sonic egg. I also have a Maltese. Works like a charm. May be best for smaller dogs.

It's important to note that it's activated by all noise not just barks, so if you're talking or making noise it still has a negative reinforcement on your pet. My sister played guitar while hers was left on and her dogs were going insane cowering and whining and they hide every time they see the egg.

I just bought this egg on the weekend and it worked like a charm with my toy poodle. She is so scared of it and stopped her barking almost completely. I only turned it on for 5 minutes and haven't had to turn it on again. I just point to the machine now and tell her I'm gonna turn it on and she stops barking immediately. The downside of this egg is sometimes it emits an ultrasonic sound when there's no barking. I was speaking loudly and it went off. I think the handheld version is a great option too because you can control when it goes off. I used a email coupon and got it at petsmart for $40 CAD. Best $40 spent. Works wonders. There are three levels of bark control. Ultrasonic, then sprays and then shock collars. This is the lowest level and a good place to start for annoying barking.

You know, people are into bark control because they don't like noise. So what do you do? Blast your vanity screen at high volume at the beginning of the video. Makes perfect sense.

sorry about that. when I compiled my intro it took over 12 hours. so I haven't compiled it again with less volume. I did figure out how to lessen the volume for future videos.

I have it. I have a very loud barker with separation anxiety it works great.I also use a paw bark collar.

I finally got relief twenty years later.. The aholes that I called the cops on several times as well as everything else I could think of moved away. The other neighbors don't have an outdoor yapper. The guy behind me has a brain and the weener dog that was so loud my other neighbors moved back to Chicago to get away from it but I haven't heard it in a long time. So things are nice finally.

So did it work? I’ve seen mixed reviews, where some dogs were affected, some weren’t. Some said it was triggered from a dog barking 50 feet away, but couldn’t emit the ultra sonic sound waves far enough to reach the 50 feet away neighbor dog. Curious what you think.

Is green light supposed to stay on when in use? Seems like it flashes once on a while. Bigger problem, i wear hearing aids and when it reacts to barking i get the noise and not the dog. Help me! Please!

How long is a 9 volt battery supposed to last if left on all the time? Seems mine was totally drained within seven days.

My neighbor has 2 dogs a big Husky and a American bull dog, both dogs are dominant and they make weird whining noises. These dogs complaint and are energetic.

+Jonny B I'm sorry if you didn't find my video helpful. I did read instructions and tested this device on my dogs prior to doing the unboxing review. This is why I was able to give so much info after opening the box in the video. I employ those watching my video's to ask questions so I can help them decide if this device would be good for them. Does it work? It's a hard question in my experience. I had 3 different breads of dogs I used this on. 1 of them responded very well to the beeps. The 2nd usually stopped barking within a minute or two. The 3rd ignored it all together regards of sensitivity and distance to the dog. I can't say for sure this will work on your dog but provide you with the information to help you make a educated decision. I hope this information helps you.

mixed results with 3 dogs. 1 worked well, another sometimes would listen, and the 3rd ignored it all together. the 3rd dog was crazy when people came over so i didn't think it would work well on her anyway.

Got the smaller hand held version that you have to manually set off by pushing a button and it worked wonders for my Doberman. Note: it's not a torture device, so all you animal activists can calm down. Also this works not just for barking. It also works for bad behavior. It kinda works to the same effect as shaking a can full of pennies but u don't have to carry around a can full of pennies. You also dont need to hold it in longer than 2 seconds. (IMO if you hold it in longer than that, then you sir/mam are an asshole.) I don't mind the barking when someone knocks on my door because you never know who could be on the other side and it's good to let that person know that you are not alone. I use this mainly for when he sticks his head in the garbage, or tries to reach human food on the counter, or aggressively try to play with my small children. He immediately hears the noise, stops what he's doing and calms down. I was seriously thinking about getting a shock collar for bad behavior but this is definitely a cheaper and less painful way of training thick headed dogs out of bad behavior. Not everyone has money to walk around with a bag of treats to "treat train" a dog. Most people also don't have tons of time. Some people also need to take care of children the same time as training a dog. So I give this a 4/5. I didn't give it 5/5 because I don't know exactly what the dog actually hears. Which is why I keep the use to a very minimum. This is my last resort if my voice commands are being ignored. PS. ALWAYS praise your dog for good behavior. You don't always need to give him treats. If you do that, you can make him think he should always have a treat, and dogs will tend to get frustrated. A good rub on the back with a "good boy" they love just as much.

I have a lot of dogs and they're all properly behaved but ever since we brought home our 2nd pittbull off the streets about 5 years ago, the quiet tranquility and good behavior went to shit and cuz of that dog everyone yaps randomly. I have used this and it works on some of my dogs, the others try to fight against it but they quiet down after awhile but the pittbull remains relentless; he's basically the only one immune to it and continues to bark/howl now.....

yeah, i'm gonna keep looking. The egg doesn't really work anymore cuz some of my dogs only stay quiet for a couple of minutes before they start barking again and I have tried it on my neighbors dogs at night since they howl a lot, didn't work. There's a surgery for that?

Don't buy this product..it does not work...prove viewers wrong show us dog in a real live situation and it working...you can't because it does not work.
