I love Forces remixes, it just goes to show that the only bad part of the soundtrack was the instruments they chose, and how little variety there was to them.

I understand what the point of the OSTs in the game was, it was to make it very techy and futuristic, that said, I'm not a fan of a lot of those, but there's some great ones! :)

@@SilentDreamsMax It’s not even about the style, it’s just that they kept using the same synth and guitar for every sonic stage, and some really cheap synths for Classic Sonic. For an example of a really well executed version of this style I always pick Sky Road (Made by Ohtani as well) from TSR, and for better instruments for classic sonic songs I recommend listening to Turret’s arrangements of them on youtube

@@PDS350 I think it was to give each charecter a feel. Like in the adventure games. Sonic had the guitars, & Knuckles had the Jaz for example. Here, Modern has the EDM synths. The avatar has the vocals, and Classic has the cheap classic 16 bit vibe of the.

@@ajbanimatedstudios5014the theme when I think about the song like that is that sonic is obnoxious and drowns the rest of the cast out the Turret remix of this song keeps everything balanced and chills the synth down to 11 instead of 15 Some people like blasting bass for rap songs, but I can’t hear the rest of the song and my ears aren’t happy

Forces had a rocky development because they didn't have a foundation for the next gen systems at the time. true development didn't start intel after then first tease trailer in July of 2016 so little more then a year and a half. The 2022 sonic game entered development in 2018 so I think they should be okay and I'm glad they are not time cruching or rushing development so the music artist and devs get the space and time they need to make a great game through and through.

They originally wanted to release it last month but said straight up they weren’t satisfied with it at the time and delayed it to the end of 2022 Glad they’re learning from their past mistakes on that front They even brought in Ian Flynn to write the story, so that part is in good hands We know that they’ll nail the music, it’s been the one thing they’ve been consistent with over the years at least But if they can get the gameplay to work, and I don’t mean no bugs and it runs smoothly, no more than that The stages, from what I’ve heard, they’re basing them on Unleashed/Generations style of play, and if so, then we could have a GOTY worth Sonic Game on our hands. If they do screw it up somehow, I only hope they got a port of unleashed to PC in their plans

I heard the whole sound track was made in 6 months apparently other then fist bump and infinite theme which were done with many different music artist collaborations. That's why the instruments used were all the same because it was a mostly a one man job. Past sonic games had more then one lead music artist like unleashed. The London symphony for the menus were great thought.
