Sonic Frontiers Status - Ninjago Edition

Not on your life Harumi. This meme and all of its anime power goes into keeping Lloyd safe. I even used the Japanese dub to make it extra authentic!
Sonic Frontiers recently came out and I like many others have been enamored by it's incredible boss fights and accompanying songs! With the uptick in popularity comes a new meme featuring Super Sonic fight Giganto Wyvern and Knight Bosses set to the incredible track of Undefeatable which I believe is going viral on Twitter. I felt that the edit fit this scene in Crystalized very well so I endeavored to create my own versions of the meme. I wanted to avoid the uncivilized nature that most of these status memes have but I still wanted to hit that same vibe, albeit with more appropriate imagery.
What I ended up with was this scene of Harumi winking at Lloyd in Episode 18: Return to Primeval's Eye! I have serious plans to make more (that key scene in Sons of Garmadon comes to mind) so if you'd like so see more please let me know!

Bro your thumbnail for harumi is much better than the real one The graphics and colors are much better than the one in the show I wish Ninjago used these type of colors

Why thank you! All I did was increase the highlights and vibrancy, I'm glad you like it! And yes, the color pallet for Wildbrain's animation has very low contrast compared to Wil Film. It does make all the colors seem duller, which I don't exactly love.

​@@idum3669 It's not even just the shade though, compare this scene to any from season 8 episode 6 "The Quiet One" and you'll see both Lloyd and Harumi's faces pop much more and show much better contrast even when in the exact same location. Likewise, in other Wildbrain scenes are far more well, the problem of dulled out colors and less contrast still exists. This isn't a problem with a lot of shade, it's more problem with Wildbrain's color pallet and line work (how thick or thin the lines that separate the colors are).

On a side not, the Japanese dub of Ninjago sounds pretty good. Tho, i haven't really seen any other dubs beside the original english version and litte bits from russian dub.

To be fair, it's not supposed to really make sense, that's part of the joke! ;-) The idea behind this meme is to juxtapose a scene (most often a suggestive anime scene) against the epicness of this Sonic montage. The meme is sort of trying to say "forget about that nonsense over there and focus on this coolness over here!" If you want more info on the meme, there is a "meme explained" video about it. Ordinarily I'd suggest seeing other sonic frontier status memes but many of them are suggestive so I can't really recommend it.
