This does bring up a good point on the ending. Imagine if you were given the master emerald and the sol emeralds and everyone we know has a super form joined in. My favorite corrections remain Tails' chesthair in 06 (Yeah that's the joke...) and complaints about Amy and Blaze in Sonic Colors (Out of all the characters that randomly cameo in a parody who's game they weren't in, it's the ones that Did have a cameo appearence in the (Ds version of the) game that are somehow offensive.) Oh well. Sonic fans are literal minded and sometimes I do genuinely screw up. All part of the learning process. Teaches me I need to sell some jokes better, Thanks for the comment.

But there are only a few games that the writing team is told they absolutely must obey. The Genesis games, Adventure games, Heroes, Shadow the Hedgehog, Secret Rings (sorta), Black Knight (sorta), Unleashed, Sonic 4, Colors, Generations, Lost World. If it's not in that list (for example, Chronicles isn't in that list) it's not taken as something they aren't allowed to contradict
