Are you sure that's wood? I think its some sort of silicate. Why would he use wood in THIS place, and basically almost nowhere else in any of the other games and levels? Say what you will about Eggman (Robotnik), but he's usually pretty good about using what's already around in the environment to build with.

Sonic 3 & knuckles is better because of the boss fight, that boss fight was epic

The context was stronger in Sonic 3 and Knuckles. You could even see the death egg in the skybox of both acts before it turns Act 2 into a hellhole

The Act 2 Boss' name is Heavy Rider. She rides a cracked up Motobug named Jimmy.

Jimmy is a reference to the creator of motobug in sonic 1 sadly he died in a car accident in 2013 so the boss is a tribute to him

Really need this for Android. And talk about a nostalgia combo...zone from Sonic & Knuckles, pink dino bots from Sonic 2's Hilltop Zone and the fireball sounds and freakin' lava fountains from Sonic 1's Marble Zone. Perfect.

It was my GOTY of 2017. The DLC Encore mode last year was great as well :) Yeah it makes sense for an Android and iOS port. The game was a massive success so I'm not sure why they haven't ported it.
