@theeltea Your best bet for that super clean creepy precise Elektron sound is from a VST.

Analog Rytm sounds just fine, and not creepy at all. Besides, this machine doesn't have anything that can't be done in VST. Super clean? Meh...

I just completed it days ago, haven't measured it (far away from it now,) but it was at least 1mm for sure, definitely thicker than for example Fractal Design Define R4 outer 'plates'.

+theeltea Erica Synth is just building and offering this case. Also Bastl Instruments is working on a “breakout“-box for the LXR called “SixtyKnobs“. So the market around this drumsynth is cool.

+theeltea I had a machinedrum and loved it. But the LXR for me is a little more usefull because of the step-propability-feature. And the hats on the LXR instantly swing... Its a box with a toy-character especially when it comes to some firmware-features. But I like it a lot. It is a great little drummer next to my monomachine.
