@@kyonbrace5487 Sonic Rivals 2 does take place after 06 (spoiler alert if you didn’t do Silvers story) Blaze does die (not really she eventually comes back just not in Rivals 2) in Silvers story so that could be the reason why she didn’t get paired up with Silver (Or Sega forgot about Blaze) (Either one you believe is your opinion)

@@WolfieHeartArts24 Sonic Colors ds Blaze and Silver are there and they say they feel like they have met each other before. The end of 06 all the events never happened after Solaris' defeat. Then Generations comes a kinda retcons that because Blaze in the game recognizes Crisis City saying she never thought she'd be back there again.

This level was like Crisis City but in an alternative dimension. I bet it's not even Ifrit's world, but just another universe that was a victim of its invasion. Perhaps Ifrit travels between parallel worlds to cause destruction?

Chaotic inferno is sort of like the Unofficial Crisis City of Sonic’s main timeline, since Crisis City technically never happened (except in sonic generations, but that’s another can of worms on it’s own).

Why can't they use "Time Stones" (from Sonic CD; the game), Chaos 0 (from Sonic Adventure) or something to change and fix Ifrit's world and fate? What Sega did is very lazy. Why not healing, melody or something for the Ifrit?

Because they’re not in this game. Also make up your dang mind. We’re you expecting to hear the game tell you a reason you skip to act 3 in Sonic’s story, tails’s story, knuckles’s story, and Rouge’s story or would it be cool if metal sonic 3.0 to be in all 8 stories and make your playable character fight against the ifrit while dealing with metal sonic 3.0 instead of seeing the ifrit mind control your partner?
