34:58 It’s a play on how artists aren’t allow to do sexual stuff with characters unless they, the characters, say they are consenting. The joke is more for artists who know that PayPal and a lot of sites are trying to stop artists from doing NSFW. So yeah it flew over your head cause you’re not an artist, but I found it a funny cause I knew the context behind it. But maybe it could be brain rot to some people.

Like, I'm an artist, but I didn't connect it to that - I thought it was a jab at the kind of people online that get outraged over remotely questionable jokes / weird, relatively insignificant stuff.

So I wasn't crazy! I didn't remember watching it on the original or any there reactors. Wtf? Edit: I investigated on Twitter and that person was NebulaPixels who apparently is problematic? I don't know much about it but someone contacted the Paradox team to remove their part and they did. Just search the name

Well, from what I remember, the animator that made the short is problematic. Don't remember the full details. Not much of value was lost if you ask me. The short in question isn't even funny if you ask me.
