My brain and ears are interpreting this CPS2-style remix as a revision of "Performance" (Dan Hibiki's stage BGM) from Street Fighter Alpha 3, as, in my humble opinion, they sound extremely similar. Great job, and keep up the good work.

I am reminded just how frustrating the level design is in Spinball. Pinball should be fast and fluid, especially if it's a Sonic spin-off game. I feel like if the level progression were made easier (though perhaps not _too much_ easier), the game would become a lot more fun and far more well-received. It's still a really cool game that blends together pinball and platforming in a most unexpected yet delightful way, plus half the soundtrack is really dope (the other half is fitting and decent enough, but nothing special), but its high difficulty makes it all too user-unfriendly for its own good, so it feels like something of a missed opportunity.

This whole game was made by SoA I believe, so it's not weird they drew inspiration from a strictly American canon of Sonic characters and world. That's why the art style doesn't reflect that of the mainline Sonic titles.

Good shit, my dude. This is just what I needed after a long day of work :P This is the only level in Spinball I can reliably beat lol. I've been getting better at Lava Powerhouse slowly, but have never made it past The Machine. Yeah I suck at this game. Super groovy remix here. Gotta add this one to the favorites playlist.
