I saw it on KZbin in good quality, it was on there in its entirety for years, but right after I finished it got deleted by I guess Tms entertainment because the English version is on here in pieces... It was a good Japanese version though, because there are different songs used in some versions ( dvd vs; tv ) So you can check , maybe someone re-uploaded it.

They were a hip hop duo called KP, Japanese/Korean. Their stage names were Liyoon and Funi. KP stood for Korean Pride, Korean Power and Korean People They were both born in Japan but had Korean parents I think it was around 2010 they went their separate ways

edit from the future: god i fucking hate how i wrote youtube comments when i was 13 but apparently this resonated with a lot of people so i'll reluctantly leave it here. just know that i want to shove a pillow into my baby self's throat You know what I like about this song? You know why I think that this was the best ending theme of Sonic X (with no disrespect to Mi-Ra-I or Hikaru Michi, of course)? It's because it's so much more... Sonic. It just works so well for Sonic the Hedgehog. Whereas the other two are pretty much just typical anime love songs (as good as they might be), this one doesn't conform to the stereotype. T.O.P. doesn't follow the rules of anime songs, it follows the rules of Sonic the Hedgehog songs. It still has a distinctly anime sound, of course, but it's just so much more fitting for the show. T.O.P. is a perfect blend of 'anime' and 'Sonic', and that's beautiful. I love all the ending songs for Sonic X, but I think that this one was by far the most fitting, and one that I can really listen to and think, _This is a song about Sonic the Hedgehog._ T.O.P. will always be my favourite, and I wish it had lasted much longer than it did. This comment is not meant to offend anybody who prefers Mi-Ra-I or Hikaru Michi. Don't kill me

As a true die hard, Sonic fan this was my true era. 2003 was the best era to be alive. Because 2003 was the year Sonic X first aired on Sundays from April 6, 2003 to March 28, 2004 with a total of 52 episodes (collectively known as the Japanese "Series 1").
