speaking for myself, I wouldn't be caught in public wearing anything with Rogans name on it. And I don't have a social media or youtube channel I'm trying to make something out of. I don't think you are a nazi or even that Rogan is. I do think it's a poor choice of a shirt if you aren't a Rogan fanboy.

I totally relate to what Matt said about Modular and going back to few instruments. Years ago i went full modular and it was cool but also painful at the same time. During the first Covid wave in spring 2020, i grabbed my guitar and felt the magic of playing a real instrument. In a few months i sold my eurorack system and started buying few good synths, drum machine and samplers and i couldn't be happier.

I did a similar but different thing. I broke apart my modular into smaller cases. I have a little drum sounds case. A wavetable case, a clocking and sequencing case etc. This way I can stick one next to my Moog Grandmother or Analog Four or some other musical gadget that speaks in CV and gate. I find this approach more fruitful than an impressive monolith of modular.

Brad Pitt bought Miraval , where Pink Floyd recorded some of The Wall. I can remember watching the video when they'd finished it, and i thought it looked magnificent. The E.P. 1320 is very real & may allow you to potentially come close to emulating some of the essence of Tim Follin's finest musical moments ; more so during the halcyon days of the C64 & Amiga, but that's a moot point.

I didn't listen to it, but I have been concerned with your rhetoric to be honest. It feels like gatekeeping as if you speak for anyone on the spectrum. Clearly you don't because I'm on the spectrum myself and fully disagree with your position. As I have said before, AI presents a great opportunity for creative people and especially creative people who are challenged in some way, physically or mentally. In honor of my wife who spent her entire career giving herself to the needs of special needs children through special outreach programs and in general through the Montessori school system, I would be remiss if I didn't say what she would say if she was still with us. I hope you receive my input and reconsider your somewhat militant position.

Reading the room it is clear that there are multiple perspectives on the topic and it can be quite polarizing. However, that this is the case only suggests to me that being inclusive to those perspectives is the only possible outcome. People generally don't like being told what to think. Each of us is just one datapoint. Personally I think it is up to each individual to make their own minds up on the topic, like most things, and while we can each hold our personal perspective, ultimately, that is all they are and we should keep that in mind. On the Tshirt, the name of Joe Rogan (a beacon of “masculinity”) appears next to an homoerotic image of two male hedgehogs kissing - there’s no real link, it’s just two opposite things juxtaposed together as satire. The goal is to be subtle enough that the casual viewer won’t notice the mockery.
