I got a Behringer K2 MKII last week, in mid-December, and it did not have any resonance fade on either filter setting, Rev 1 or Rev 2. I've played it for a week, several hours per day, and it never showed resonance fade. Whatever the problem was, it was fixed early on. Unfortunately, I've heard that Behringer won't be shipping any more K2s until next April or later.
