Yes, having it play during a final battle with Sonic and Shadow both being in their super forms against whoever the main villain of that movie is chosen by Paramount to be, would be the best time to play Live and learn, especially because it played during the final boss battle in the last story of SA2. If it plays at that time, people ( like me,) who want that movie to be a good amount faithful to that game's story plot, would definately be satisfied, and have no complaints about it.

I agree, if they get this very highly popular song into the Sonic 3 movie that would make people become extra desperate to buy theater tickets to see it, and likely let it be known as the best videogame adaption movie to date, because of how totally thrilled and satisfied a majority of people worldwide would be! Having Shadow be in that movie, having his personality be as accurate to what it was like in Sonic Adventure 2 as possible, and having that movie be based on that game, aren't the only things that Paramount needs to do to be able to achive that goal.

This is a good choice of what version of Live and learn to have in the third movie if they don't decide to use an already made recording of the original version, but I think that Paramount will likely have the music style of it be made orchestral because of what the musical draft of it in the logo reveal trailer sounds like, and because these movies aren't 1-1 full adaptions of the games. So some parts of what gets adapted in gets made any amounts different from what they were like in the games so the movies can each be their own thing and so the plots of them wouldn't be too predictable to fans who have played the games that these movies are getting inspiration from.

I don't get why you need to debate this when that's more effort than just crediting the artist. EDIT: I looked up the track and I see it's a mashup of 3 tracks. This explains my confusion. I still think each of the original tracks should be credited, though. Just copy Lil' Biscuit's description, they're already properly credited there (and ofc link Lil' Biscuit's video as well).

They could have Agent Stone be the "Dr. Eggman" of Sonic 3, by having him do a good amount of what that original villian does in SA2 if Jim Carrey doesn't return, because in the mid-credits scene that Shadow showed up in, Robotnik's sidekick from that movie franchise was also shown to still be alive, and may truly want to cause revenge for what the protagonists did in the second movie. So they still have a chance to adapt elements from that game into it, and have them be a good enough amount faithful to the source material of SA2. I'd like to have that be what happens if that comedian truly doesn't stay for this upcoming third movie.

Sonic movies not actually using music from the games besides the tired GHZ tune is one of the biggest wasted opportunities. They're not masterpieces by any stretch of the imagination, but come on, why are they so afraid of using music that isn't just generic pop and rock songs heard a billion times before ?

I use 1980s Hard Rock & Heavy Metal in some of my Sonic projects on my channel, but it is true that they could use some songs from famous pop/rock artists in their games, but it would lead them to some copyrights. It's still possible though.

@@ShadonicTheEdge Oh don't get me wrong, I love me some Queen, Van Hallen, AC/DC, Kiss, Boston, Motley Crewe etc. In fact, they'd fit Sonic like a glove, even if they were used sparingly (I'm still annoyed at Heart's Barracuda being wasted on the wedding subplot, when it could have been great for a scene with, say, Rouge). But the ones they used have been just sooooo generic and overused, and most of the movies soundtracks is just generic epic orchestra. Not a single nod to Sonic 2, S3&K or SA1.
