Yo, the Starry Night remix? You're probably the first to cover that version. Dreams of Absolution has always been a jam ever since I heard it the first time beating Silver's story in 06. Actually, it’s getting remade and remastered by Fans. Look up Project 06

That actually kind of exist, search projecct 06, basically they remade the Game, kept the good level design and gameplay, fixed and polish it and aded a few moves, most of the gameplay is fixed at this point
