I never played the GBA remake of Sonic the Hedgehog, but I've heard a lot of people say it was really bad. Now that I've seen footage of it, I can see what they mean. It pretty much had the same major problem the Super Mario Bros. remake on the Game Boy Color had with the camera being too close to the character.
