Tasha, these dubs just keep getting better and better! It was great to have a shot at voicing Scourge again after so long. This was a huge nostalgia trip for me, as well - reminds me of when I first started out with SonicComicTheatre and began to meet all of you amazing people. @@donniegirl12 Fiona Fox had no right to be mad at Sonic for cheating on her in issue 156 (which Ken Penders f’in ruined from issues 50-159, but you would think that Sonic would be completely out of character in this… I mean, then again, pretty much EVERYONE was flanderized there. I mean, I know Sally Acorn apologized in issue 187, but why would Sonic even lust after Sally after her being his self-proclaimed girlfriend and what she’s done to him in issues 7-159 (more than issue 134) before the apology, eh?), leaving her imprisoned and thinking more about himself than her when she’s been doing the same thing to him in favour of his evil counterpart Scourge.

How did I miss this? I absolutely LOVE this issue! This was awesome. I remember watching Kovabomb's version of this a LONG time ago thinking, "What's a comic drama? Sounds cool!". I'm pretty sure that was the start of my inspiration for voice acting. This just gave me a huge dose of nostalgia so thank you (I actually think I prefer this version over Kovabomb's). Thanks for another great comic brought to life, I only hope to make comic dramas this good one day!

Her original artist signed off the series after a few... complications. I would like to see her get a redemption arc, but seriously if I was there, she would be dead in seconds and to finish it off, slap her the same way she did Tails with me saying Me: You know, karma's a bitch, and technically, so are YOU! This was a long time ago, still accidents don't mean intentionally, stuff happens and you don't even get a chance to go back for someone. Unfortunately because of all the stuff Fiona had to put up with, she in her mind, counted this as betrayal of sorts with Sonic, Mighty, and Ray, who could only do their best to fight Robotnik, and save as much as they can. Since then, she had to deal with being with herself and surviving, unfortunately things like friendship she didn't entirely experience, only deceit, betrayal, and looking out for no one but yourself, to the point they display the harsh attitude to those who had nothing to do with their hardships. I get it all with her, but at least Sonic, Mighty and Ray, felt remorse, and they probably wished many times over that they could have saved her. Who knows? But as much as I pity her for things that she didn't deserve to put up with, I too have my limits. Tails is only a kid, who misses his parents at the time, whose only friends he had raised him and helped him realize his true abilities. But Fiona didn't see that, she saw only a person that she could play around with, his emotions and everything, and then painfully knock him down, she even disregarded his tears. They moment she did that, it's abundantly clear that she has truly fell. It sucks being left behind with no time for others to save you. Even it goes as far as them believing that you're dead after a failed attempt, thinking about the circumstances that is too much for them to handle alone. But they are only beings with limits, and fear can be a nasty thing to overwhelm them. Still, she made the choice, and she herself can't see where her choices has got her. That's sad knowing you're only using anger and blame others for your problems, when it was you yourself who made the choice, and that choice brings you consequences every time you do wrong. I get the whole accident thing, but she even perceived that as a betrayal, she chose to blame them for something that even they fought against, to save her....

Nicely done. Not quite the direction I would have chosen, but that should be obvious in the differences between this video and my own. The sound effects and music fit and the voices were good too. One thing I would comment on is the timing. It felt a little clunky at times; a little rushed in some places, a little slow in others. There were also a few spots where the emotion in the character's voices seemed a little off. However, mine is a biased ear, since I myself worked with this very issue of the comic. On the whole, a great piece of work. You have definitely improved in your technique since your first videos, as this Comic Drama shows. A tip of the hat to the cast and crew. Good job.

As a matter of fact, this issue that Kovabomb made before, was actually the very first time that made me inspired to voice act in the first place. Plus I always did loved our Fiona voice impression! It SO suits her tone! LOL! As for Andrew's Scourge voice impression, OMG! O.O One thing that I could say about his Scourge voice was SO BAD ASS!! XD It suits him very well! LoL! That's the thing Fiona refuses to understand. The fact that Sonic and Mighty unfortunately was unable to save her due to an accident with a Power Gem that powered the machine Fiona was in. Ray snatched the thing up in order to stop to machine, consequently, The Power Gem's power caused a warp, immediately attempting to take him into another Zone. Sonic saw this, and grabbed Mighty so they could go get Ray before he could get warped into another zone. The resulting attempt had all three warped out and into another location. By the time Sonic and Mighty were out, Ray was still trapped. With no way back in, Mighty was pissed off and destroyed the entire lab. Robotnik unfortunately took Fiona to another location. And that's the thing, she heard Mighty's account of the story, while they were going to get to Ray, of course she and Nic were in it for the treasure, but Mighty joined them to find Ray, which he did. The power Gem that had Ray trapped in the zones was destroyed by Nic, freeing Ray at last. Mighty at least know what happened to her, and he took all the burden anyway, especially considering that Mighty finally found Ray. She heard the actual reason from Mighty and Ray why they failed to save her, because of a gem that took them somewhere outside the lab and only trapped Ray, and all three of them were going for Fiona, especially Mighty. It's in Knuckles the Echidna Issues #26 and #27. She's still holding that grudge, because she chose to believe it without much question. The whole thing was an accident, but she still either doesn't believe Mighty and Ray after all that, or selfishly think how she looks at it. It was a hard time back then when the Freedom Fighters were taking the fight to Robotnik. Fiona made the choice to think how she wants to think, no one's made her do these things she's done after the accident but her.

@@goldprime118 Yeah. Mighty and Ray told her exactly what happened. The two (Sonic/Mighty) didn't choose to leave her behind. They just wanted to get Ray out of his predicament before he got trapped, but failed. Mighty was so livid, he destroyed the lab. Fiona had abandonment and trust issues that she still chose the decisions she made even after Mighty's and Ray's account of the incident. She chose to be cruel out of her own insecurities of being left behind. Sonic, Mighty, and Ray are just three guys who can make mistakes in their fight against Robotnik. Sonic's never one to leave anyone behind. Had Sonic not noticed, yeah they would have gotten Fiona out, but at a consequences of having Ray trapped in that zone. They (Ray especially) didn't know the consequences of just taking the Power Gem out of the machine that Fiona was trapped in.

Oh, a new video. Nice job on the audio editing, you're really getting better at it. Same with your Tails and Amy voices. It's namely because underneath all his snark, Sonic is just a good guy that tries his best to make sure everyone he cares for is happy. He actually CAN be a gentleman if he wants to be, he just prefers not to unless it's a special occasion. Plus the whole "World Saving Hero" thing probably doesn't hurt either. As for Amy, she is still head over heels for Sonic, but she's a bit more mature about it in this series. She's not constantly in the way or just flat out annoying and she genuinely does want Sonic to be happy, even if it's not with her. Mainly why I love the Archie Sonic comics over the games.

I actually wrote a fanfiction recently about Sonic finally snapping after Team Fighters gets ambushed by Scourge, Fiona and the Destructix. In the moment when he snaps Sonic becomes Dark Sonic and stops holding back and Fiona becomes ironically terrified of him after he beats her allies and boyfriend into a bloody pulp and starts choking her out. After Sally makes Sonic come back to his senses and let her go she thinks back to this moment in the comics.

No bloody way, I was looking for an idea like that considering all the times women (not to sound misogynistic or anything, but I can totally see why Sonic enjoys being single) raged at Sonic when they had relationships with them! Even if it may never have happened in the Archie series, I was thinking about make an animated movie (yes, I know that as of this decade, we’re having a film series and it’s awesome) or at least a fanfiction “Sonic the Hedgehog: Speed Demons” where considering all his relationships with girls, he might as well turn into Dark Sonic the Werehog where against Scourge the Werehog, he would maul and punch all his exes to death from Madonna Garnet to Tiara Boobowski from the cancelled Sonic X-Terme to Breezie the Hedgehog to Fiona Fox for not just playing him like a fool (but also demonizing him by thinking he would do the same thing to all women including Amy Rose and Sally Acorn) but also working for GUN (the government) to try too hard to prove how “strong and independent” they are without him (except for showing up just to try to hit him with Piko-Piko Hammers)!
