Sonic the Hedgehog- The Live Action Film (Sonic Video Contest Submission)

Hello, SEGA executives, Sonic Team executives and all of my fellow Sonic the Hedgehog fans. This short film was written, filmed and directed by myself and my best friend, Tim.
This is our submission to the 19th anniversary, Sonic the Hedgehog video contest and we hope that you all enjoy what has to be my most intense project to date! All of the editing was done by me through FXlab and VisionLab studios and Adobe Premiere. The CGI was done with the help of the Sonic Blitz3D UNLEASHED fan-game engine which is also a major project of mine. All of the sound effects, music and likenesses are all the property of Sega and Sonic Team and I do not claim to own any of said properties.

This always made me so happy as a kid. When I was little, no one talked about Sonic with me, and they made fun of me for liking it. So seeing this, and knowing there were people out there like me, who liked Sonic? That meant the world to me as a kid. And I never knew about going super until I saw this. Whenever I see a hedgehog go super, it's always associated with the sound cue you guys used. So, thank you. Thank you giving me hope as a child and inspiring me to meet my friend Seedrian Sparkles, who is a fellow Sonic fan and good friend of mine. Sonic will always run through my heart and mind, for all the years to come. Thank you!

I came back to see this video. It's 12AM and I felt so nostalgic that I had to come back. I got to see the live action official Sonic Movie with Seedrian Sparkles, and we've both grown so much! We're still big fans of our little blue blur's fandom, and probably always will be. Good gosh, I'm almost mature enough to go shopping on my own, and I'm still here. All these good memories that I've made with Seedrian Sparkles have a special place in my heart. This is insane looking back. I remember watching this as a little 11-13 year old Sonic nut and I thought it was super cool, it's entertaining in a... different way, now. 11 years later and you've released not only an incredible 3D Sonic game fan work AND two of the most well known 3D Sonic maps, the first of which was released when we were still having to deal with fucking BlitzSonic, but your framework went on to be used to make dozens of other beloved fan works AND Sonic GT.
