I don’t think Luigi going to transform because if you look at The close-up of Luigi’s face you can see that only his moustache has turned yellow. so either this is pre-transformation or they’re going to play it off as a gag that Luigis moustache is the only thing that has changed. That’s my theory I would be glad to be wrong.
