About Quote:
Quote has a paintbrush that has the power to create and manipulate the properties of objects. He can't create massive objects out of thin air, and normally has to paint over an object that has already been made to make a bigger object... Also when creating multiple objects the intelligence is shared between them, meaning that a lot of clones could be a bad idea...

Gotta say SqurillKid great work on your part. Having Quote's funny and unpredictable nature go in March with Sonic's speed. But what could be better is if Quote didn't just raise a red flag for himself with the clones and that the moment Quote snatched the paint brush Sonic would take it from him with ease and say better luck next time. Also I think Sonic would casually throw the paint brush over his shoulder while walking away saying let's do this again sometime

Quote's got a cool thing going for him as a fighter: His best moves are Indirect, creating creeps to fight for him instead of fighting on his own, Using Dummy clones to misdirect, Even a very clear weakness due to his reliance on that brush to do his best moves. Color me impressed.
