Honestly, I’d say the three are pretty evenly matched: Sonic has defeated both Shadow and Silver on a few occasions. But Silver did get the best of sonic during their fight in 06, and shadow has defeated Sonic in the dark ending of Shadow The Hedgehog 2005. Honestly I feel like a true fight to the finish without any plot armor would be a pretty close call between these characters.

Real talk. No plot armor. Silver totally could dominate both Sonic and Shadow at the same time. He’s kept pace with them in races and fights before so he’s quick enough to react. And his psychokinesis gives him complete control over the battlefield. Yeah, Sonic and Shadow have Chaos Control on their side. But Silver can teleport naturally with his own powers. Plus, slowing or stopping time probably isn’t going to be helpful if they’re stuck in Silver’s psychic grip.

Shadow has teleportation partial telekinesis and speed. Silver can’t take on someone with super speed as he needs to focus to apply it. Shadow’s chaos powers are immune to psychokinesis as shown in 06.

Sonic seems more like the winner In Forces Silver got one tapped by Infinite, even Avatar could fight Infinite, there's no doubt that Shadow and Sonic is stronger than Avatar, so Silver's definitely out first So it's between Sonic and Shadow Manuals for 06 (For Silver fighting Shadow) states that Silver could use the same method he used against Sonic, the only difference is that Shadow would be slower Also in Forces when Sonic found the Shadow clone, notice how Sonic came alone (If Sonic knew Shadow is superior, why would he come alone?) Also when the Shadow clone was gonna attack Sonic, Sonic wasn't scared, he was prepared to block the attack Also for more proof the resistance only made lots of progress when Sonic came back, and in Generations Sonic was able to beat Perfect Chaos in base Currently Sonic has lots of new abilities which make him pretty strong That simply proves how strong Sonic has gotten over the years But it mainly depends on the variant you talk about since of variations would have difficulties outcomes

Real talk though, a fight between these 3 could go either or: Sonic: being the fastest and extremely durable with possibly the best stamina Shadow: possessing both speed and power(and an enhancement to both stats with removed inhibitor rings) unfortunately at the cost of stamina Silver: doesnt have speed nor power but his telekinesis is hard to get around if you dont know how and that usually messes people up. He’s really a glass cannon tho, being the weakest in durability of the trio So given the scenario you could argue that anyone of them could beat the other

Each of them seem to have a leg up on each other in some way and have handled roughly even level threats before. Sonic has more adaptability and unorthodox fighting, shadow has more hand to hand power and varied abilities, silver had more projection power and reach. In terms of speed they all move fast thanks to their abilities, sonic is probably just barely faster due to something speed based in him (which i imagine gives him extra force in his punches), shadow is already fast and having chaos snap and more chaos control experience makes him hard to catch, silver can levitate meaning friction is not really a problem and he has better air mobility. Yet despite these stats they have over each other they all seem to be able to deal with each other. Silver requires focus and has slower reaction time, meaning he can be blitzed by the other two. Shadow is more straightforward in his tactics meaning taking advantage of his complacency can prove fatal for him. Sonic's speed won't mean much if he can't work around his opponents movement and raw power. Since they're evenly matched it seems more important to discuss HOW one of them would defeat the others. Hence, TESTICULAR TORSION

Silver also was about to beat Sonic twice but Amy (round 1) and Shadow (round 2) interrupted and allowed Sonic to go save the princess. Then Silver after a fight with Sonic fought Shadow and was doing pretty well. I think if Silver wasn't tired he could've gave Shadow the slip.
