FancyRapidBow the Kirby reanimated was a troll being Nintendo and the only reason Sega does not take down stuff is because they can't make good games recently and Nintendo knows how to make good games hints why their games and the switch are selling like hot cakes. Also Nintendo has every right to take down something like a fan made game because fan made games suck and Nintendo does it better Sega on the other hand is inconfident. Nintendo does not like having their ip's butchered and if Nintendo took down Kirby reanimated it might have been much earlier

@@timothylove9724 no, Nintendo was morally correct to take down the joycons too. 1) There was absolutely no need to feature the Switch logo or the word 'joycon' on the unofficial joycons, which was the crux of the issue with the joycons. They could have easily made perfectly working joycons without the Switch logo on them. 2) Once you start charging money for stuff, you're no longer a fan project and no longer deserve to be treated as such. They should have gotten the license from Nintendo like everyone else. 3) Nintendo HAS to protect its trademarks otherwise it risks losing them. That is a key difference between trademark law and copyright law.
