I agree An 8 is very deserving of this game. It could have easily got higher if it had more production time, but considering they had a tight deadline to get this made before Movie 3, I think they knocked it out of the park 😊

I want more dlc stages and bosses for this game, would not mind paying for them. Sega shouldn't abandon the thought like the last time in 2011 with the original game.

Would be cool to bring the 3ds stages as dlc to make this the definitive version, or even just three more shadow stages to make it the same length as Sonic’s

This game is so freaking good. I already own Sonic Gens but the Shadow levels are the best any 3D sonic game has ever had. I am PRAYING for dlc stages and bonus bosses.

I haven't played it, but I love the original gens. If te Shadow portion is that good, then this game will be a 9-10 out of 10 for me. Can't wait for the 25th.

To be honest I think this game will be fantastic getting to play generations again for me is the big draw and I’m also intrigued to see the shadow story as well they should have made his story more than 5 hours long which I think will be some peoples complaint when they finish it

I would rate Shadow Generations 9 out of 10 but there is more that I wanna see in the new Shadow game this 2024. I feel like Shadow Generations should have 7 to 9 stages that are not dlc. Stages that are already there since day 1. I like all the stages that Sega have put in the game (Space Colony Ark, Rail Canyon, Kingdom Valley, Sunset Heights, Chaos Island and Radical Highway) but it is not enough. They should have include at least one stage from Shadow the Hedgehog 2005 so because of that, it could make sense and Shadow generations game can have at least 7 to 9 stages total that are not dlc. The perfect stage is Black Comet. When the player gets to the Shadow the Hedgehog 2005 stage in Shadow Generations, I hope they let Shadow use a gun or any weapon as an option while doing the stage. Like Sonic Generations, they should have included rival battles in the new game of Shadow. The perfect rivals are Emerl and Infinite. They should have combined the acts 1 and 2 of Dusty Dessert in the Mephiles boss fight so we can see what will the upgraded version of Dusty Dessert look like in Shadow Generations. Sad to say that Final Fortress did not have any stage on that game so because of that I wanna see Final Fortress as a dlc stage. Both Acts 1 and 2. If all of this are included in Shadow Generations, I would rate the game 9.5 or perfect score.

It looks like SEGA took a page from Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury. Re-releasing a good game while adding a brand new story mode with different mechanics. This is what I was hoping & after seeing the gameplay here, this might be the definitive version of Sonic Generations.

I feel like Sonic Generations remastered in Sonic X Shadow Generations is not even remastered at all. The new remastered game should have been remastered. What I see from the new remastered game is Sonic generations remastered is not even remastered at all. Based on my observation, it’s like rerelease game with some rewritten and adding few parts.

I like Sonic but wow it's frustrating moving so fast. Even in the Genesis days. How can you possibly explore every level? People can be forgiven for missing the hidden items. Especially the completionist

If they made just a shadow game it would be the same price as frontiers. This alr a lower price. Get it on sale if u don’t have the money but this is an amazing package and reasonably priced.
