Sparring combinations are great, but you need to have a strategy when you throw them.

I've been watching your videos and I say must u have pretty good technique. I'm gonna incorporate more snapping techniques to my arsenal of kicks. Hook, side, round house and other kicks to my arsenal. I'm gonna start snapping my kicks more.

well,done. I think what I take away most is my need for speed. you are so fast,most people could not block,or if they did,your speed to the next strike gets the point. again,well done,and thank you.

+Maddie Devine congrats on making the ToC! These are the sparring combos that took me through the ATA top ten back about 10 years ago. Good luck!

Thank You for your videos. Just came across this video last night. I am a green belt in ATA and am preparing for sparring in a class B tournament in November. I really appreciate the effort you have put into making some very good sparring tips videos. I wish you the best of luck with your school! Take Care.

Can you apply the same reasoning to when your opponent is not blocking but countering?

Put your hands up when you throw!
@JordanBrownKicks2 жыл бұрын
Your front hand should be down by your side and your back hand up. If you are turned sideways the only thing you have to hit is your head and you just lean out of the way.
