17:07 Well, Sonic Whacker Tails, even if that Tails figure has goggles, it doesn't mean it's necessarily Boom Tails. It could be Rider Tails. He also has goggles. But since the figure has BT' goggles colors(brown, which the subtitles actually misstook, so...), the brown thing on the belly(i think it's some sort of belt) and probably sports tape on its shoes, you're right. It is a Boom Tails Figure, though you only recognized it by it's goggles. Let me rephrase that for you: Brown goggles? Brown belt? Shoes covered with sports tape?
