1. Finely chop 1 green onion and 1/2 ham
2. Add 1 tablespoon of fish sauce to 3 eggs, mix, add minced ham, and scramble.
3. Put 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan, add chopped green onions and stir-fry. Add 3 tablespoons of fish sauce and 0.5 tablespoons of sugar and stir-fry. Add 2 bowls of rice and stir-fry.
4. Put fried rice in a bowl and add scrambled eggs to complete

1. Lightly toast 6 sheets of seaweed, crush them, and put them in a bowl.

1. Soak a handful of glass noodles in water 1 hour before cooking.
2. Blanch 500g of bean sprouts in boiling water for about 4 minutes, rinse in cold water, cool, and set aside.

4. Slice chives into 4-5cm lengths the size of a coin, shred 1/2 onion and 1/3 carrot, and tear oyster mushroom
5. Grease a pan with cooking oil, add carrots, onions, chives, and mushrooms and stir-fry.
6. Turn off the heat, add 4 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp oyster sauce, and 1 Tbsp sugar, turn on the heat and stir-fry.
7. Turn off the heat, add glass noodles and bean sprouts, add 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, mix well, turn on the heat and stir-fry quickly.
8. Sprinkle sesame seeds at the end
