[Spicy Beef Radish Soup]
1. Cut a fist-sized radish diagonally.
2. Put 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a pot, cut about 1/2 geun of beef into bite-size pieces and stir-fry.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of garlic and when the meat is half cooked, add the sliced radish and fry for about 1 minute.
4. Add 3 tablespoons of red pepper powder and stir-fry, then add 3 tablespoons of fish sauce and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
5. Pour 1L of water and boil, add 1 handful of bean sprouts and boil.
6. Cut 2 green onions in half and cut them into 2~3cm lengths. Add 2 Cheongyang peppers and 1 red pepper into small pieces and boil.
7. Season with fish sauce and boil over medium heat for another 2-3 minutes to complete.
[Stir-fried bean sprouts and thinly sliced pork belly in soy sauce]
1. Prepare 500g bean sprouts and 1/2 geun of thinly sliced pork belly.
2. Cut 3 green onions in half and slice them into 2~3cm lengths and slice 1 red pepper diagonally.
3. Put sliced pork belly in a pan, add 10 cloves of garlic and fry until white comes out.
4. Add the sliced green onions and peppers, and when the green onions look cooked, add 1.5 tablespoons of sugar and stir-fry.
5. Add 1/3 cup of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and stir-fry. Add bean sprouts, mix well and fry for about 3 minutes.
6. Turn off the heat and sprinkle with sesame salt and pepper to finish.

1. Wearing gloves, wash 3 fist-sized yams thoroughly, peel them, cut them into cubes, and rinse them in water.
2. Boil 1L of water in a pot, blanch the yam for about 1 minute, rinse in cold water, and drain through a sieve.
