That's what's different about their relationship- they didn't get together because of a kid, but because they couldn't stay away from each other! Well Vanessa’s personal life is the main reason why. She was either raising her son or trying to have more kids but kept having miscarriages, so I understand why Vanessa couldn’t commit to the show after her original run, she was always dealing with something.
