I saw this in 1973 at a small theatre in the San Francisco Bay Area when I was 18. I remember liking the soundtrack, though I didn't know it was the great Morricone!

HOLY MACKEREL!!! THANK YOU for posting this! I have only seen this once, and am a HUGE Thomas Milian and Telly Savalas fan ( and obviously a huge Corbucci and Morricone fan as well)! This channel NEVER lets me down!! You guys (and my favorite Kung Fu movie channel, Wu Tang Collection) have literally helped me get through this pandemic, an operation, and a slew of other, rather depressing events that have transpired this year. you really provide the entertainment. Weather it's a rare spaghetti western, or a TV show that everybody has seen a million times, you guys generally have it. I can't thank you enough. I'm going to look and see if you guys have a patreon, and as soon as the New year hits I'm going to donate. You guys and gals really deserve to be rewarded for your services. Hope all is well and stay safe!

The music for Jed is very similar to the theme music for Cheyenne in Once Upon a Time in the West, not exact but same instruments plucking to a slightly different beat.

Not the Best movie, I would say telly savalis is the only thing good about it or any movie for that matter, but this had some great scenes, like the fire and most fights, it is a classic cobbucci stamp, and quentin was inspired by his work for sure, and maybe watched this and got some ideas, if you are a taratino fan or fuckin nut like I am, then i think you will like this, but the rape, and the horses getting shot at are not that great, so one star for me, but its great to see a western from this era, again, my full review will be on my letterboxd CinemaEscape

@@GrjngoWesternMovies Now, you out did with Sonny and Jed. I don't know who did " too much gold for one gringo " both of you deserve Ocars. I thank you all because I don't own a television and don't have a cable bill. After my Bible studies and house chores I can relax and enjoy Gringo alone with some other Western movie producers free. 💨🕊🌬❤ Thank you! Also, I love the horses, God amazingly 👏created such beautiful and strong animals. 🥰

Jed was not a charmer in way, shape or form, in fact he was a pretty horrid character
@cyborgchicken3502 Жыл бұрын
I think that's the point of his character though, he's supposed to be an @sshole, and I think the film is more about Sonny realizing how toxic he is, hence why she walks out on him in the end... The movie is really just about a very toxic relationship just so happens to be set in the old west
@winonamassingill78952 жыл бұрын
I’m not going to rate this movie, because for the kind of a movie it is I’ll have to give it a thumbs up. However, l hated the way the main characters acted. Even the guy who was after the bad guy was mean when he had Sonny whipped so savagely. 😳😳😳😱😱😱😡😡😡

Don't understand how Mr. Savalas (whatever) ever made it in the movies.He couldn't act his way out of a wet paper bag.
@anthonyluisi70964 жыл бұрын
On the contrary , I thought he did a masterful job as Captain Kazan , the Russian police commander in horror express 😂😂😂😂😂😂... looks almost like the same coat he wore in that movie 😂
