I love the end of this scene as Brenda is reading to Stone...such parallel to their own feelings for one another. The line "I think I wanted to hurt her, to drive her away" man...the writing on this show is amazing, but to add Anne Rice's line in was pure magic! When talking about writing a hauntingly beautiful tragic story, no one does it better than Anne Rice. So for me...the last part of this scene summed up what SnB were going through at the time. They loved, they lost, and they hurt!!
