MB himself is bipolar, so when he portrays Sonny in a breakdown it's so powerful and so believable. MB is a wonderful actor.

I just didn't really pay attention to the actual scene itself, I was more focused on the undying love and devotion between these two men. The look on jason's face through the whole thing, you could tell how much he was hurting for Sonny. Absolutely sweet and powerful acting from both of them.

I'm so furious the writers had Brenda leave with Jax. They already stuck a knife in the back of the Sonny and Brenda fans by breaking up S/B, then they just twisted it further by adding Jax to the mix. I wasn't planning on watching GH anymore after VM left, but then I saw these clips and I couldn't look away. Maurice is such an amazing actor. Thanks for posting these and hopefully more shaybanks24 . I have to believe VM will return someday and S/B can finally have their happy ending.

Wow ok first time watching this scene....a couple things. First amazing acting by MB especially when he broke down an told Jason that he'd never loved anybody like that. 2nd as someone whose watched soaps for a very long time I'm telling all Sonny an Brenda fans now...that letter he ripped up was of significance !!! That's what they're going to use as the prelude to VMs future return. Bank on it !

It is so annoying how he only appreciates Brenda when she is gone. He totally ignored what she wanted and needed (like, um, having Carly Not coming and going whenever she please like she was still Sonny’s wife).

Watching this interaction makes me realize why Jason/Liz couldn't work. Jason saw how hurt sonny was when brenda left bc of his lifestyle and how his lifestyle hurt them. Jason didn't want this for him and so he pushed Liz away (2008) so he could not see how much he would or could hurt her. Watching the pain in Sonny/Brenda is enuf.

Steve and Maurice had such amazing chemistry. I wonder if Maurice and Billy will be able to find that same kind of pizazz. Billy Miller will probably do an amazing job but it will be different.

wow you could see jason hates to see sonny this way being completely reckless and out of control where it makes sonny a loose cannon. You could see sonny always loved Brenda even with being off his meds where he should’ve did better by Brenda and not allow Carly to disrespect their relationship by putting her first like always.

Poor sonny? Sonny made brenda do things she did not agree too and made her feel insecure and silent. All he cares about is that he did not beat jax in his game. Brenda was not a bitch, she is just not that woman sonny wanted her to be. The only love Brenda probably felt from sonny was his guards and walls.

Brenda did right by leaving Sonny hurt her far more and disrespected her I don't blame Brenda for leaving look at scummy now I hope Brenda never ever returns to Sonny I hope she returns happy and totally digusted by Sonny and don't want to be anywhere near him!
