Man, we used to go see him in the pubs. Back about 38 years ago. We went out the back hung out afterwards and blew him away with some good smoke we had. I still remember he had these two bown beautiful babes hanging off him and I couldn't stop looking. 😂😂😂😂😂. It was in Parnell.

One of the GREAT pop stars. And what a GREAT song. Should have been an international smash. Who wrote it. Fabulous lyric's, motivational and inspiring. I didn't know he was dead, so his music lives in my heart. RIP Sonny. Colin a Kiwi

ha ha ha, I remember when TVNZ could not get any music videos for free from the record labels for a few months in the 80s, so all we had was this on the TV and that bl**dy "bop bop bop to the drummer" song. "So Spac!" as Kylie Mole would say!

hi birdstuckinchimney - Corben's my father-in-law. I dabble a bit on the bass guitar. One of my basses is in the video for corben singing up on the roof which corben signed for me ('68 Aria Diamond). Cheers for the comments, Todd.
