While this scene itself was great, I feel like its a letdown. Yet another anticlimactic ending because the writers don’t know how to actually wrap up a storyline so they take the cheap lazy way out. We needed to see Jagger disgraced, stripped of his badge, and arrested. Everything taken from him and the people he tried to destroy vindicated. That would have been far more satisfying than this quick easy solution.

The writers made a big mistake when they brought back the character of Jagger. For one thing if they couldn't bring back the original actor then they could at least find someone who resembles him. They bring in this actor which was fine but they needed to do their research on the character and see that Jagger was a good , honest person with integrity. Yes Jagger hated Sonny for what he did to Karen and hated that Stone wanted to stay with Sonny , and it wasn't like Jagger couldn't handle Stone being HIV positive. He asked Stone to go back with him and Karen to Chicago ( at the time) but Stone refused because he didn't want Jagger to watch him slowly die of AIDS. It wasn't like they didn't love each other Stone made that clear to Jagger that he was his blood , he just didn't want Jagger to see him like that. Now with this guy player Jagger (the writers) totally changed the character ; yes he was still angry about Karen , but him harping on the fact that Karen was on drugs and dancing he needed to move on. Then on what Sonny did to Stone first of all Sonny didn't do anything to Stone beside giving a kid on the streets a place to live. Sonny helped Stone with his meds , treatment, and made him comfortable before he died ; plus alot a people pitched in to do that ( Felicia, Mac, Brenda , Lois, Kevin , Lucy, Tony , Bobbie , Mike , Allen , Steve Hardy , and obviously Robin). I knew that Jagger wanted Sonny to go to jail for his illegal crimes but to make him obsessed over it was over the top. They basically turned Jagger into this dirty FBI agent with no morals , he abused his badge , and no empathy for Molly , TJ , and they're deceased daughter. All he cared about was bringing in Sonny ; he used Jason , Carly , and Kristina just to get to Sonny. I wished they didn't kill off the character I would have rather they made him get fired and go back home to his son. If this was played out properly Stone would have appeared to Sonny (like Morgan) and stopped him from killing his brother , or appeared to Jagger and convinced him to let go of his anger and vendetta towarsds Sonny over him and Karen. They could have allowed the two men sit and finally hash everything out about Karen , Stone , and even Brenda too and maybe they could the character back to who he used to be and be more likeable again. I'm sad the character is gone for good , but what happens to his son? I know he's legal age but lives in a group home last Jagger had mentioned.

Apparently the original hasn't gotten much work lately nor does anybody want to work with the guy cause he got in trouble with the law when he was pulled over by a cop who found him in possession with Meth. I said this on another video but the writers have completely forgotten Sonny's history. He once told Zander that Sorel was stupid for killing a cop and that the cops would not rest until they caught the person and then it was an automatic death sentence. There is no way Sonny would do something as stupid and reckless as killing a Fibbie especially since he doesn't really have Jason anymore. Also he hated Taggert but he left him alone because despite everything Taggert was an honest cop and was above board and never involved his family. PS. Where is Taggert? His daughter has gone through hell and I haven't seen him on my screen! 😡

I was really kind of shocked that Sonny actually shot Jagger. I mean, I knew he went with the gun and I knew Jagger was pushing it, but except when not on meds, Sonny usually has someone else eliminate a problem. Plus, he usually comes up with better ways than murder. I was hoping he would save Ava and she would recant and Jagger would be sent away. I guess it wouldn't be enough because he would still be whining about worthless Karen till the end of time. Between this scene and Kristina flying out the window, GH has been bringing some craziness!

He didn’t even bother to show up to Stone’s memorial but every time he picked a screaming match with Sonny it’s always how Sonny used stone which couldn’t be further from the truth. In actuality Jagger hates himself for not being around while his only brother was dying from AIDS and is angry Sonny was there. Despite all of Sonny’s faults he was good to stone and cared for him.

Why? Jagger was so locked in on bring Sonny in that he did everything off the books. He didn’t tell anyone because he wanted it to be a surprise. Plus Sonny has been going to the Qs boathouse for years. All 3 of his sons have lived there at one point in time, his best friends Jason/Luke and he was involved with Emily. It’s a private property that he’s very familiar with. Jagger was an idiot to not see this coming.

I hated how this story has ended with Sonny killing Jagger. I wanted to see Jagger redeemed because Stone loved his brother. I really liked the recast. Gorgeous blue eyes and lots of chemistry. But they made him turn bad at the end and go after Sonny. That’s not how it started. All to make Sonny the hero. Wasted story because same old same old ending and Jagger was a great character with lots of history to explore.
