Additional of Sancho to left wing has created more options for Chelsea and it has liberated Palmer of all the attention from opposition teams, still problems with midfield and defensive cohesion under pressure but improvement in attack is very palpable, congrats Maresca👍🏼

I understand the joy and excitement over the win and I'll take it but I still see issues defensively. And it did help that Brighton was playing Ange ball with that ridiculous high line. I'll judge this team when we get into the tough fixtures.

Teams are starting to realise it makes no sense playing a low block against us anymore. Team is too potent going forward so the high line is their last and only real defense for lower teams. Bigger teams will pay possession and we will beat them on transition. Understand that the team being built is literally a monster and only defensive errors will beat us. Once we iron that out, it’s curtains for this league

It’s worth noting that Nico Jackson, under constant pressure to score, is getting better at making the unselfish choices. Plus, his work rate on and off the ball put Noni Madueke to shame. Speaking of work rate, it’s time to give Neto a few starts.

Daniel i would agree on all points you've mentioned barring 1. Please dont put Noni in the same bracket as Sancho/Jackson or any other attacking plyer, especially in this game atleast. He was utterly selfish. Did not make the right passes at the right time. His decision making is pretty shocking. Im really disappointed with his overall attitude too. Very reminiscent of Sterling. At least Sterling has better finishing. I hope Maresca see's this and benches him. Id take a hard working Neto any given day.

Big up dan! Of all the gk choices available why did maresca choose sanchez? There's always will a 🤡 moment in him! But luckily we have "cold" Palmer to bail him out. 😂

Sanchez!! Sanchez!! Sanchez doesn’t deserve to be a in our goal. We cannot win anything with him in goal. The is incompetently shaky. I love what Enzo Maresca is doing at Chelsea however he needs to fix our central midfield. We are so poor on defensive transitions when Enzo Fernandez is on the pitch. The dude is not tracking runners, lacks mobility and does nothing off the ball. However Palmer was excellent and is my overwhelmingly my MOTM. Other players who were really good were Sancho, Jackson, Madueke, Caicedo and Colwill. I would like to see Jackson be more clinical in front of goal though. Our biggest issues are Sanchez in goal and Fernandez in central midfield

The Enzo haters are clutching at straws right now , Enzo was playing great balls in behind and Noni fumbles the chances also the goals we conceded are mistakes rather than us being cut open

@@daeball125 Exactly,with a better keeper than Sanchez who is good with the ball at his feet,that game ends 4-0.....apart from that welbeck chance in first half, Brighton hardly created any chance
