I've been digging to figure out how to change the state of the button with a wired relay or something. I use this to control all these heaters that are powered with sonoff adapters. So - this is the main on and off "switch" and I want the wires coming out of a google nest to flip the state of the button. Have you played with anything that has changed the state of the main button?

Hi, thank you for watching. So you want to use nest to control this Sonoff TH ? Then you can ( I think ) add ( or link ) this device to google home and create a rule to do something based on Nests conditions ( this this theory as I not familiar with Google Home rules )

@@InsideOutElectronics I figured it out after weeks of digging and learning. Sonoff makes the Minir4 (and 2 and 3). Will allow me to use the output of the Near thermostat to change the state of the Mini which can then automate the scene which involves the Elite TH turning in and triggering all the other heaters to turn on.

Is there anyway/hack to connect the soil moisture sensor and the separate temperature sensor at once?

I think possible, with some hackery :) with New Tasmota firmware, just need to make sure Tasmota supports sensors you planing to use.

Can you calibrate the sensor readings on the elite? It’s something that’s bugged me on the earlier model!

Not sure if it is possible. It seems like app does not have such capability.

Highly likely no, if this is 100% electric water heater, it would consumes more then 15A... if nat gas you have no control over it Unless you are talking about forced air furnace?

Yes - you need a properly rated relay for it. The sonoff can power the relay which would gthen power your boiler on/off.

I got myself an Sonoff th elite and program it to brewing controll.It works for controling whit the software but the display is off and it shows nothing.Do you know more about it maybe???

Di you change the firmware ? Or just program it using their app?

@@selessies what firmware did you flash? I suspect the firmware does not support screen. Can you doublecheck?
