This was a blessed recording. Thank you. TheMostHigh keep you. Your reading was EXACTLY AS IT IS WRITTEN and didn't go to the left nor to the right but stayed straight on. All praises TTMH forever. Its interesting what people get out of this book and the differences. What I get from it is that when we are afflicted with illness, poverty or no marriages …even afflicted by the demonic… God can and will deliver us if we petition it. As God’s faithful people, and by prayer, fasting and alms giving and most of all Faith , God can redeem us from our afflictions even when it seems impossible.

Thanks for posting. I am amazed with people say they are Christians, read all sorts of other books of fiction and non-fiction, but refuse to read the holy Apocrypha books. I googled David Suchet reading the book of Tobit but there was none....same as another good Christian orator, James Earl Jones....such wonderful voices may one day proclaim the holy Apocrypha.

Now I'm not Catholic, I don't label myself but I think I may be Orthodox by definition. I hate how later they removed Tobit and the rest of the Apocrypha. I was always told "the apocrypha is evil and persuades the way of god" and for a egikr i believed this but then I ordered a 1611 king James version and started reading the Apocrypha at the end after the New Testament and I will say I understand why they don't want us reading this, because it'll start exposing the truth of these churches.

@toby Why though, Tobit teaches his son about how to properly treat the person who works for him. Something I wish a lot of Christian business owners would understand. If tobit was in the bible it would teach people how to fairly treat and pay someone who offers them labor.

Hi, have you checked out the Byzentine East Catholic church? It's similar to Orthodox but they are not in schism and they respect the authority of the Pope. It's beautiful and the music will blow you away. Very masculine.

I like how Raphael hid himself so that fallen angel didn’t know that he was coming😁 How the LORD sent Raphael to bind that evil spirit so Tobias could have his wife. And how Raphael told Tobias what parts of the fish to burn so that the evil spirit would flee from among his wife. And how Raphael was waiting and that evil spirit didn’t know Raphael was on his trail until it was too late. Raphael caught that evil spirit bound him and put him in that prison that the LORD had made for him🌪️🌪️🌪️
