Performance evaluation bas ek chota sa part hai performance management ka. For example, suppose ap ek course kar rahe ho. Course Starting se end tak ap jo bhi padhai karoge jo bhi tests doge vo sara hoga performance management. Us course ke end term exams (final exams) ko keh skte hai performance evaluation. Performance management has wider scope.
