At 2:05 he is still at Manual M section for his setting and in single shooting mode. Also during the rest don't go to panorama as he says otherwise your settings will go Grey.

Interesting... So, what happens if you set recording to 4K30p, but your only choice for HDMI settings is 24p... and you are using your camera to stream via your PC (and an Elgato Camlink 4K)... seems like you'll be streaming in 24p. Right? I guess the same goes for the quality setting... If you want 4k you'd select "2160/1080"... but... how do you know if you're getting 2160? Is *that* based on the camera setting?
