Hi, nice video! I was just wondering how far you had to push the variable nd filter in slog3 mode, with the minimum ISO being 800... It really brighten the image? I'm asking because I own a Genustech Eclipse Variable ND filter, and based on my experience with my Canon T5i, i've always put minimum ISO (100), but often got the X factor/vignetting effect in my image. I guess it wouldn't be possible to shoot wide open (ex: f1.8), with shutterspeed 1/50, minimum ISO (800) and still get a clean image without X/vignetting messing up right?! Thanks!
@darwinfish1058 жыл бұрын
Solution. 1.Do not shoot at the wide-angle.I basically shoot video at 50mm (35mm equivalent). or 2.Stack the non-variable ND filter.
@SOMEONE-ME7 жыл бұрын
Not saturated enough for my taste, but overall very nice. You can change Color Depth to e.g. +4 to boost all saturated colors. Videos get slightly different look (more Canon alike).

Don't like the grading, looks very washed out (gamma issue?). Otherwise of course it looks amazing. On second viewing, I do see some auto exposure issues though (quickly shifting up and down). Does the camera not have manual exposure in video mode?

Btw may I ask you opinion. Im considering buying the Zeiss 55mm 1.8 to use with my a6300. Since both the lens & camera doesnt have any stabilization, would it be hard to shoot videos with it handheld? Plus also wanna ask, why did you shoot the night scene in over exposure? Since im a newbie to videography might as well & learn from you. Thanks for the great video.
