Yes! Will do the job. Just have in mind that the focal range will be aprox 42-105mm because of the 1.5xcrop format of Apsc

I just bought a new a6700 . First I set it to 10bit, XAVC S 5K, 60P. The videos didn't play on my computer. Then I brought down the bit rate 8. Now it plays on my computer but not on my TV. What is the solution?

Thanks, cool Video! This may be a silly question, but I cannot customise the different dial modes. I can only adjust the manual mode. In custome 1, 2 and 3 I cannot even change the aperature. Maybe you or someone else can help me here :-)

I'm confused why you had to map those to Custom 1,2,3. Aren't those settings all the same except for M and A? if so, why not just use M and A as opposed to 1 and 2? all the other shutter/iso settings are the same. Someone please explain, thanks

Hi. Please tell me do you have any problems with the color that you get on this camera? I like this camera. But I've heard Sony cameras have a bad skin color and have to spend a lot of time processing to achieve a good color.

uhm that was way back imo, for the last few years colors have been good :)

I find the electronics can be a bit buggy at times, having to turn off/on the camera to reset to features I had already set to use. Like sometimes the view finder won't become active when I put my eye up to it or like today, when looking in the view finder I could not shift the focus box with the dial control like I normally can. In both cases turning the camera on/off or changing a setting and reverting back usually helps. I guess keeping eyes on firmware updates could help resolve issues?

You need to have an add-on for HEVC codec, it's 0.99USD in microsoft store if you're on Windows

In Davinci the 10bit does not work in the free version, u have to shoot in 8bit. Try 8bit video and look if it is working.

Yes it does. I have it set up to max iso 10000 and usually have the shutter speed set a 1/60 second. It’s really easy to do in the settings.

Hello 😊 thank you so much for your video At 6:33 I’m a bit confused as to how to edit the shutter speed etc. I see you scrolling the dial but that doesn’t do anything for me, and my camera screen shows 2 icons that show the 2 scroll wheels at the back and front are inactive for me. I’m not sure what I have or haven’t done that this is happening. Does anyone know what I’m missing?

I went to the “1” on the MSAP dial, and the scroll wheels mentioned are inactive. But as soon as I scroll back to Manual mode, the scroll wheels are active and work for me again. So how does one set up the memory recall feature when I can’t seem to edit the 123 profiles. (1, 2, and 3 are profiles, right?)

Got lost at the memory setting steps... dont know the sequence of steps you have to take to make to set up 1 memory. Might help if you first told how to set up 1, 2 ,3 and later tell why you like to have it and possible improvements. Also the abrupt cuts from menu to your face and back again...as beautiful as your face is kinda unecessary.
