i think the only drawback from all your testing is that the environment is natural so the lighting isnt all the same and the subjects arent at the same spot each time otherwise great video

awesome comparison, its weird but the fx30 which is actually not really for photo is the best for thumbnails when taking out a frame from a vid. I dont want to commit yet to full frame so it‘s 6700 vs fx30 for me at this point. By the way could you test out if you can film and shoot on those cameras while externally charging with a powerbank? That would help my decision immensely. Cheers and I think your voice fits really good to this type of content

You had a different lens or f stop for the zv e1; it should have exactly the same bokeh as the a7s3..

I shot with all Cameras at F2.8. On the 24-70mm.

@@OfentseMwaseTutorials I’m sure you thought they all had the same f stop but you must have accidentally stopped down the lens for the zv e1. Or you were zoomed in less, or both. That’s the only way it could have less bokeh than the a7s3. Both full frame so by the laws of physics same focal length and f stop equals same depth of field. Try again with just those two cameras and you will see

Okay will do. The only thing it might have been is if lens closed aperture from the lens change. It happened twice and I fixed it both times. Maybe it didn’t register on the camera🤔

I think this is the way ZV-E1 shoots. Its werird to me. Maybe I just prefer APSC style videos and photos.

Surprising findings indeed. The history with the A6000 still hits close to close thanks to my bts tenure with you, however, with the 6700 sharing the same sensor and chip with the FX30 without dedicated cinema video features is amicable for Sony separating product lines of both cameras. Now on the high-end scale, the A7sIII is still king, followed by the ZVE1 (Besides the beauty filter that was mistakenly activated), again with both sharing the sensor and chip aside from the photo features known of the A7 brand. I have a feeling that the A6700 is due for a firmware upgrade that would make it a great test with all cameras aside from the A7siii. 🤔

That was the a6400😁 Still a Great camera even today with the right lenses. The ZV-E1 got a firmware update, it does 120p 4K now😁

The sony a7siii and the zv-e1 have the same sensor you were clearly using different F stops. Also the FX30 and a6700 have the same sensor.

@@OfentseMwaseTutorialsnothing about calibration has an effect on depth of field. Maybe you had clear image zoom activated on one of the two cameras. Equal distance, sensor size, focal length and f stop equals same depth of field every time

Fx30 best video because Cinema camera, A6700 best photograph and video combo, a7s3, best all round if you want full frame and no crop at 120fps, zv-e1 is like a baby a7s3.

A7s3 and a6700 did it for me in terms of skin color on the dark skin colour close up. It's authentic. A6700 looked good with the mid shot even though the background was a bit darker. Love the content bro
