Loving the cr, but have contemplated returning for the cii in fear I’m missing out on low light capabilities. Have you experienced higher noise with the higher mp?

I have in some videos actually Jake. But I'm never sure if it's because of my own higher ISO settings and the low light situations in these scenes, or that it's the camera. In settings where there's enough light I never experience noise or grain. And it's quite sharp as well. To sharp I might add, but that's probably because of the high shutterspeed, and I probably should buy a proper ND filter.
