If I want to select aperture in Manual mode .. then the only way to set aperture is to go to aperture mode and back to Manual mode

I have a A57 but the battery does not last long enough in my opinion (I suspect it drains itself even when the camera is not in use). Is there the same issue on the A58 ? It is said to last 500 shots but I don't think it can take more than 200. If I get some money I will buy an other battery Which brand is good ?

+Hindi Cartoons Depends on what you're doing of course, video is going to use more battery than taking pictures. I lose about 30% of battery in 4 hours of taking pictures while using manual focus and auto focus and also while playing around with things like ISO and other settings. I'd say a full battery can last you well over 12 hours of taking pictures. I'm not sure how long it will last when you're exclusively filming video though.
