I have the Sony CFD-G500 made a few years after this... I bought new in 2004 Sears sale for $99.00 and still have it today in mint working condition.. I still have the remote.. Sony better days of boomboxes bass you can hear not tiny like the boomboxes of the 70's - 80's that today sale for crazy money... These you can get in working condition for under $100.00 on auction...

hello thanks for the comment ,, I bought this sony as the first of my collection ,, today I have a large boombox collection .. from the mythical sanyo m9980, toshiba, jvc, panasonic, akai ,, right now I am restoring a telefunken studio 1 .. maybe one day upload my collection to my channel .. greetings

the song used is totally uninspired for this kind of machine. This is suppose to deliver good bass sound.
