Tv has to stay on and stop turning off and on. Second Sony with same issue in the last 4 years. Had to pay for it all to get looked and “repaired” with no help from Sony or product coverage for the faulty tv’s they put out. Worst customer service and even worse product.

I'm on my thrid Sony 65" Bravia 8 and experienced TV speaker issues on all of the TVs. The only suggestion from Sony tech support is to factory reset the TV that is NOT a solution. I lose TV speaker sound regardless of input including all external inputs. This happens at least once a week. The next step will be to return the TV and purchase another brand. For the record, I've owned Sony TVs consistently since the days of the original 12" Trinitron. Until Sony resolves the sound issues with their Google Smart TVs, my suggestion is to buy something else or you may eventually become as frustrated as I. Addendum: Since posting, I have not experienced any more events. However, I have made one change to the Fire Stick external input setting. I changed the audio setting from “Auto” to “PCM” as recommended by Sony.

HI i am having Sony bravia kdl-32ex523 that is not turning on, no light, nothing just totally dead and the reason was my pigeon jumped on the right side facing the TV and piss on it, to was clear that the mark was on the power supply board! i believe a shot circuit happened still not quiet sure i open my TV every thing looks perfect nothing suspicious .. very low buzz at the power area i don't know if this thing is normal. i live in a country with shitty costumer support, i am looking to replace the parts but it seems there is no new power supply board and main board which make me worried to order used one. any suggestion? thanks for the video

When we plug in our Sony playstation 1 into the yellow AV (3.5mm jack) with the cable (yellow/white/red cinch to 3.5mmjack), the TV sees the AV input, but with the ps1 turned on, the TV still says "no signal, check connections". We also tried another av ps1 cable aswell as another cinch to 3.5mm jack. What could be the problem ?

My OLED Bravia has to be restarted every other day...remote becomes unresponsive. Software updates are current. I even uninstalled a lot of APPs I will never use. I paid a lot for this TV...this should not be an issue, every other day, or even once a week.

My Bravia 65 inch tv have problems staying connected to my sound bar (Bose 600) and now the s2000 sound bar. Some times I can’t get any sound from the sound bar and other times the sound goes out during watching a program periodically about every few minutes and then come back on. I’m under the suspicion the TV is bad and not the sound bars. I’m open to your help or recommendations.

Have a single intermittent white flashing horizontal line in the exact same area of the screen and have tried everything here, but still seeing this flashing line across the screen. It is the 2024 Bravia 8 XR65A80J. It started after a power brownout which I don't think a surge protector helps on those. Really shows on black or dark screens. Diagnostics shows nothing wrong when using that help option. Resetting, unplugging all hdmi accessories, power reset, etc. and nothing. Even using the Sony apps instead of Roku so I know it's not external. It's like a lightning bolt starting left to right. Any ideas as it is now off warranty?

So I wouldn't say I like the Sony A95k with Sony A5000 sound bar and Sony SA Rs5 rear speaker; now, when I use Netflix, the app doesn't reflect the Dolby Atmos icon as on. Only 5.1 icons. Why is this, although it should reflect atmos with the soundbar connected?

Hey Sony Team, I’m frustrated…. I couldn’t install the google tv, because it was in a loading looping or „stuck“ then I reset the Tv. Now I’m completely stuck in the beginner settings. I bought a sony bravia kdl-55w800c from a neighbor but they lost the remote, I bought my own RMT-TX100U and it isn’t working, it appears as if it was factory reset and I am on a welcome menu prompting me to choose a language and I can’t select anything with the on board controls only change volume or turn the tv off. The remote is on because I can see the inferred light on my phone camera but won’t do anything on the tv. Is there anything I can do to get past this screen

Hello, I have a problem with my TV, model 65x950H, Since the Android 9 software update to Android 10 (v6.6053) from November 2023, some of my AVI videos encoded in MPEG4 on USB key no longer play and the pre-installed media player application on my TV freezes very often the screen goes black without any error message. Hi! My Sony A80j 77 inch OLED has ABL issue. When I watched 4k blu-ray movies the picture is so dim that is very noticeable. How do you disable this? I know this is a protection to prevent burn in cause by APL and HUD on the thing you watched. LG OLED brand remove this ABL for there customer to enjoy 4k HDR content. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Someone said try to put the peak luminnace to medium for a period of time maybe 2 weeks and also watch only SDR content and set HDMI settings to standard s no 4k or DolbyVision. Just to disable ABL temporarily . I have a Geek Squad Plan and I'm hoping this is included in there warranty. I love Sony and I might get an LG Oled next time.

Help I'm 80 yes young. I live alone. My Sony Bravia is my only source of entertainment. I've unplugged and did everything the "KZbin" guy said to do. Screen still black. Red power light is on and that's it...help!!!😢

My Bravia that I picked up a couple of months ago had a timer for Ambient mode for how long to wait till it turns on. Now there is no option, just for when to turn off the tv itself.

I purchased a Sony Bravia and my biggest complant is the Andriod App or Google TV. Poor functionalitly, prone to freeze, not work, and other issues. Hate, the the little hickups in Prime and Netflix and other apps; doesn't happen the Bravia App. I'm in the process of purchasing a ROKU or a Fire TV Stick as I have not had any issues ...Zero hickups or buffering that I have on the Sony. Disapointed as this is an 85" TV and the perfomace is poor as a result of the Google Interface. It's hard wired into the network and I have tried wireless as welll. * The only thing that I can think of that is casuing the issue...is possbibly my firewall preventing personal data from leaking from the TV as I have been hardening privacy of our information in the wake of data being sold in the market place?

For my issues nothing helps. Television is restarting from time to time. Sometimes 10 times within one 90 min. movie. Sometimes only 1 or 2 times a day. I did everything. Deleting caches. Power off including power plug out of the wall mount. Restart. SW updates. Factory Reset. I don`t know what to to anymore. Bravia 65" - Android. The remote control isn`t good as well. Sometimes want to use the louder button. Clicking one time and television never stop by increasing volume until max. When reached max. volum I am ablte to decrease volume. Really worth things coming up. First years I havehad only problems with Netflix restarting. That was fixed after 2 years. But now after additional 1 year, complete system rebooting and rebooting :-( I have all Sony equipment at home. Smarttphone, Headsets, Laptop and music bar and PS. But this television KD-65XF7596 is damaging my nerves.

I found another method on the KZbin channel: unplug the TV, press the reset button on the back of the TV for 30 seconds, wait 30 seconds and then plug the TV into a wall socket. Greetings from Germany.

Create a separate proxy network at 5ghz. Nothing else on the network. Problems gone for me.
