I bought the Sony ULT Field 7 because I realized it was newer and had almost the same features as the SRS XG500. I couldn't watch your video in time, but I'm glad I made the right choice because, in your tests, the Sony ULT Field 7 does appear superior. I also chose it because, in my country (Colombia), they were priced the same, with only a $10 difference.It's true that there aren't any accessories available to carry the speaker, but I bought two nylon straps with rings and a separate shoulder strap. This way, it's more comfortable to transport, and I can take it on long hikes without any discomfort.

The Sony ult field speaker line up is just awesome and better tuned they made the midrange shine so well which was what was lacking in their previous speakers that gave JBL the edge then for me

one reason i love the Ultimate Ears Hyperboom is it does not lose base from disconnecting to the wall. is there a different portable speaker in the same quality as the hyperboom that also does not lose base from battery use.

I listened this video on my XG500....you can hear the difference mostly in mids and highs But i won't upgrade to ult7 because XG500 is enough for me... And i got him for birthday present For next video i would like to see jbl bb3 against ult7 or ult1 against jbl charge5

W stu procentach JBL bez ekwalajzera gra, a Soni z tym trybem włączonym który już ma podkręcone średnie i wysokie tona😅😂, to chyba magia, ale ja jak posiadać jbla, wiem że JBL ma nasycony dźwięk kiedy podkręcam średnie tona, w szczególności vocal brzmi bardzo słyszalnie🥳💥😎 Prawda w tym że Soni nie zabrzmi lepiej niż na wideo, przy tym jak w JBLu podpiąć średnie i wysokie tona wtedy to cudo zagra znacznie lepiej, wiem co mówię🥳🥳💥🤘

The 800 cost about 150.00 more , but the field 7 is alot easier to hull around , guess it depends more of a need , do what I do I bought the boom box and the 320 jbl speakers and did my own sound test , took both jbl speakers back , actually thinking about a second one when a sale comes up

I tested 3 times in a row 80% with ult on lights off was about 16 hours , little confused when it gives you low battery it's at 20% still lasts for hours

I have to agree, the 500 is the better overall speaker and has better fidelity (separation, detail and dynamics) than the ult 7. The 7 sounds a bit mid-focused and muffled in comparison.
