LDAC only works in single mode, when you use multi-point, you trade the higher quality LDAC for multiple connections.

I know on some other more budget headphones, LDAC only works in wired mode. Can you give that a try and see if that's the case with these?

Incorrect LDAC is a bluetooth codec, would not be involved in a wired connection...
