That's an amazing price compared to companies like New blue that give you plug-ins for over 100 dollars and they're annoying to use and half the presets are useless. Thanks for sharing! I think I'm going to try out the free ones for now but I think I might have to invest in these! They're so nice for so cheap!

when you go to the compositing button - I have just realised all I have is multiply mask and source alpha - is there a way to get the other ones to appear? or a place I can find the other modes?

I put the lens flare over the video track like he did. Then I apply green screen on it. You may have to adjust the color of the "screen" until the video footage shoes through. That's what I do. I hope that helps. I saw it in another tutorial because I only have that type of Sony Vegas, too.
